Do cigars get too old to smoke?

I’ve had some quality cigars (fuentes, habanas, along those qualities) in my humidor for about 4 years, problem is I let the humidor dry out 3-1/2years ago. Are they still any good, if so how do I bring them back to life??

they are “romeo y juliettas” made in cuba, they’ve been in the box sitting in my room for over a year without being in a humidor, is there anything i can do with them? how much can i sell them for?

I was at my local tobacconist today, and I was in the humidor room and finally noticed the loose tobacco that many cigar companies use as packaging material for the cigars when you purchase a box.
has anyone ever tried to smoke it in like a pipe? I don’t know if I’d want to try rolling in a cigarette it though…
Thoughts or results?
